Services

Intermediation, brokerage and advisory.

In physical commodities and mining assets, worldwide.

What the firm does

Ten services, one path from mine to market.

Numbered in the order a commodity travels. A client can enter through any one of them.

  1. Due Diligence Coordination

Before money moves toward a mine, a project or a counterparty, the firm coordinates the full independent assessment: geology, resources, metallurgy, processing, capacity, costs and licences on the asset; ownership, standing and track record on the people behind it, with rigorous KYC. Specialised professionals perform the work; the firm scopes it, coordinates it and delivers one clear picture on which a decision can rest.

  2. Market Intelligence & Netback Advisory

Commercial analysis that answers a practical question: where, when and on what terms a commodity is best sold or bought. The firm works through benchmarks, premiums, quality terms, logistics and every transaction cost in between, to show what each alternative actually returns.

  3. Mine Commercial Representation

The firm acts as a producer’s external commercial arm, on an ongoing mandate: developing buyer relationships, opening new markets, negotiating terms and carrying the producer’s commercial strategy forward.

  4. Offtake Origination & Structuring

For producers seeking stable demand, the firm identifies suitable medium- and long-term offtakers and structures agreements built to hold: volumes, duration, pricing mechanics, quality adjustments, shipment schedules and payment terms.

  5. Physical Commodity Brokerage

The firm connects buyers and sellers of physical commodities and accompanies each transaction, from a single spot cargo to recurring and long-term supply. No counterparty is introduced before passing the firm’s own rigorous KYC and qualification.

  1. Inspection, Sampling & Assay Coordination

Independent verification of what is actually shipped: quality, quantity and specification. The firm coordinates recognised inspection companies and laboratories through sampling, assay, weighing and supervision of loading and discharge, so both sides rely on evidence rather than assurances.

  2. Logistics Coordination

Movement arranged from origin to final destination through licensed providers: inland transport, warehousing, port operations, customs formalities, chartering and ocean freight. The firm designs the route and coordinates every handoff; carriage stays with the professionals licensed to perform it.

  3. Transaction Execution Management

Once terms are agreed, one coordinator carries the transaction: contracts, KYC, inspections, logistics, shipping documents and payment milestones, through shipment, delivery and final settlement. The firm coordinates every step; funds move directly between the parties and their banks.

  4. Mining Asset Sale & Acquisition Introductions

For owners weighing a sale and buyers seeking assets, the firm introduces qualified counterparties for mines and projects and accompanies the conversation to a completed transaction. The work is introduction and accompaniment around the asset itself; the firm does not raise capital.

  5. Mining Equipment & Services Procurement

On the operational side, the firm sources and negotiates equipment, machinery, consumables and specialist industrial services for mining operations, from a single purchase to ongoing supply, under the same sourcing discipline the firm applies to commodities.
