Using the site means accepting these terms. The content may be read and shared for information; it may not be republished commercially or scraped. The site’s content, name and marks belong to the firm. The firm keeps the site accurate but does not warrant completeness, and links to third-party sites are provided without endorsement. The portal is a private area: credentials are personal, access may be suspended at the firm’s discretion, and availability is not guaranteed. Separate terms will govern client access when the client portal opens. Liability for use of the site is limited to the extent the law allows. These pages may be updated; the date below marks the current version.
Privacy notice
The controller is Core Compass Trading. The firm processes what you send it: contact-form details (name, company, email, phone, message), correspondence, and portal account data. It uses them to respond, to qualify and verify counterparties, and to keep the records a transaction requires. Data is shared only with the service providers that run the firm’s systems, with the independent specialists involved in a transaction under confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some counterparties and providers sit outside Gibraltar: transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual safeguards. Data is protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures, kept as long as the relationship and the law require, then deleted. No decisions about you are made by automated means. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at info@corecompasstrading.com, and complain to the competent data protection authority. The applicable law is the GDPR.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. It stores only what its functions need: your session, and your theme and language preferences, kept on your device. Anonymous analytics run only if you accept them when the site first asks; declining changes nothing about how the site works. Accepting and declining carry equal weight.
Fraud & verification
The firm communicates only from @corecompasstrading.com. It never asks for an advance fee to access a transaction, and its bank details never change by email alone: any change is confirmed through a verified channel before it is real. If a message in the firm’s name looks wrong, it probably is. Verify it at info@corecompasstrading.com before acting; reports of impersonation are read with attention. The firm is not responsible for losses caused by payments made to accounts it has not confirmed through a verified channel.
